Alright for estimating the weather
This set is a good compromise between a large Galileo thermometer and a more accurate barometer. If you're just looking for something to put on you desk its great. For something that tells you what the next two hours of weather will be like, its alright. I lived in Rochester, NY where the weather changes every 2 hours so the barometer was going up and down all day long. It turned out to be very helpful when going to class.

This product arrived quickly, and is good condition. Product is very nice, but fragile and will tip over and could break. The globes sit on a wood base, and must not be in reach of children or pets. This product comes with a brief history on the Chaney thermometer.
