If you have a MAC - DON'T BUY THIS

This is so completely frustrating, if you own a mac there is absolutely NOTHING that you can do with this device. I find it especially annoying that I bought this and THEN found out that it wasn't usable with a mac. Even drag and drop doesn't work on this thing. If you're going to offer NO SUPPORT for it you should make it really clear that this is NOT USABLE with a mac. Furthermore, for me the whole point of having an mp3player is to listen to...

I'm on my second one of these

They have a very short lifespan. I don't know whether it's a firmware problem or a hardware problem - the firmware hasn't been updated - but they tend to crash, which I didn't think was possible for a flash device. After about three months, mine refused to turn on, and my PC wouldn't recognize it when I plugged it in.
